  I haven't experienced such amazing customer service in a very long time. In a smaller town like Pahrump, you expect smaller privately owned businesses to understand the concept of taking care of their customers. We should cater to our local community businesses, and they should value our business and make us feel appreciated. The Phone Zone is amazing. Good prices, customer service and knowledge all under one roof. Understanding the importance of my phone for my work, Kathy worked tirelessly until 9 pm to get my phone usable. Total professionalism and a tenacious attitude to do what needs to be done to keep you going and get it right is their goal. I would highly recommend you visit them for all of your phone needs. You are both awesome.
