  This is quite frustrating. I have been on the phone for the second time in one week. I am currently on the phone and it has been an hour and 20 minutes, and counting. I am calling regarding my Lumia 640 XL. I have recently replaced this phone to the same phone thinking it was the one i had. It wasn't. The company is doing nothing to help me with this issue. I don't want another phone that doesn't work. I would appropriate paying for a phone that works.

  I was in need of a replacement phone due to my screen being cracked, went in on Saturday and was greeted with the upmost respect by a gentleman named Robbie. He was knowledgeable, quick to answer any question I had, made the process easy and got me a replacement phone under an upgrade through my contract. He had me out of there with in an hour, I highly recommend this store if you are looking for fast, reliable service.
